Scott A. Koltun, Attorney
Scott A. Koltun is a highly skilled litigation attorney with an impressive 30+ years of legal experience. Early on in his career, Scott worked for a medical malpractice firm, and then at a general liability insurance defense firm from 1987-1992, where he gained invaluable knowledge of the insurance industry.
In 1992, Scott joined Robert D. Frankfort, Attorney at Law. One year later, Scott made partner, forming nassau suffolk law services, Frankfort & Koltun — where he’s worked tirelessly ever since! Scott specializes in a wide array of litigation, including personal injury, medical/dental malpractice, and insurance coverage disputes, commercial litigation, and real estate litigation. No matter the case, Scott represents each and every one of his clients with the due diligence, passion, and respect they deserve. Scott always strives to provide zealous representation for each of his clients.

Scott’s impressive resume all began with a stellar education. In 1981, he graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a B.A. in English and a minor in business. His strong English major background and personal interest in language and writing has helped him take a journalistic, investigative, and creative approach to each of his cases. He meticulously researches and learns the ins and outs of the company, individual, or subject matter involved, and truly enjoys learning and mastering new areas, especially as it pertains to medicine and dentistry.
After SUNY Albany, Scott attended Fordham University Law School in New York, graduating from the prestigious school in 1984. He also spent one year at the University of California - Hastings College of Law. His knowledge truly spans coast to coast!
Scott is happily married to his wonderful wife, and they have a 19-year-old son and a 17-year-old daughter. His family enjoys taking long walks with their two beloved dogs: a golden retriever and a pit-bull/shepherd mix. In his spare time, Scott enjoys staying active through tennis, skiing, and swimming.
